We hope you had a fantastic festive season full of great food, family and friends. 2019 was an incredible year for MLA and we’re excited to be back in the office preparing for our first full year as the newest MedCo Tier 1 agency. To kickstart the New Year, we’re taking a closer look at what this means for our customers, our clients and our team.
What Tier 1 means for our customers and their clients
With nearly 30 years in the industry, we’ve become renowned specialists in Industrial Disease claims, as well as offering a comprehensive suite of services including RTA and Military claims. In this time, we have delivered over 500,000 quality medical reports with the support of an Expert Panel of more than 1,500 specialist medical experts, so it’s safe to say we know a thing or two about medical reporting.
Even as a Tier 2 agency, we stood out from the crowd - providing services that rivalled that of any Tier 1 MRO. As the first original MRO to be re-categorised as a Tier 1, we plan to continue delivering the exceptional standards of service we’re known for. Customer care remains at our core, so as the requirements of our customers change, so will we. In April 2020, we may see the introduction of the Civil Liability Act, creating an entirely new system for RTA claims and the way we work with our customers and their clients. As a result, we’re gearing up for the changes, ensuring we meet the needs of an ever-evolving industry, adapting to our customers’ needs and creating a more diverse, user-friendly range of services.
What this means for our team
Our incredible team is our greatest strength and without their hard work, we wouldn’t be where we are now. That’s why we’ll continue investing in them throughout 2020, providing regular training to ensure they deliver services the best way we know how - the MLA way. Alongside this, we’ll also be providing further investment into our IT systems, streamlining processes for our staff, clients and customers.
