Azizur provided an excellent and highly professional service throughout his visit. He made the effort to call ahead before arriving, which was very considerate and helped us prepare in advance. Upon arrival, he was respectful, courteous, and approachable. He took the time to listen carefully to all of our concerns and answered every question we had with patience and clarity. We never felt rushed or dismissed at any point. Azizur carried out a thorough inspection of the property and clearly identified the work that needed to be carried out. He explained everything in detail, ensuring we fully understood the issues, the reasons behind them, and what actions would be required to resolve them. What really stood out was his clear communication. He talked us through each step of the process, explained what he was doing as he went along, and made sure we were comfortable and informed at all times. He worked diligently and did not rush the inspection, showing great attention to detail and professionalism throughout. Mr Ramadan was absolutely amazing during my consultation, he was kind, courteous and gave me fantastic advice on how to deal with my injury. Ive felt a little lost since my accident on exactly what I shoukd be doing with my injury because of my condition and he was fantastic. They advised that he was running late so I prepared to wait for hours and hours. But I was only in the wait room for about 15min before I was seen which gave me plenty of time to fill out my forms. All in all I wouldn't say a pleasant experience because the examination was physically painful but Mr Ramadan did everything he could to make it as painless and stress free as possible. Also gave me plenty of opportunity to elaborate on how this has impacted me...
