Here at MLA, we’re delighted to announce we’ve recently achieved MedCo Tier 1 status! We’re the first original Tier 2 MRO to be re-categorised as a Tier 1 MRO since the inception of the MedCo portal in April 2015 - and we’re proud to be able to serve as an example of how medical reporting should be done.

As one of the longest established medical reporting agencies, we’ve delivered more than 500,000 quality medical reports to customers across RTA, Industrial Disease and Military claims and we look forward to many more in the future.
For nearly 30 years, we have serviced the nation with our extensive, 1,000 member strong network of specialist medical experts, who are all dedicated to delivering timely, accurate and reliable medical reports.
What does MedCo Tier 1 mean?
To achieve Tier 1 status we had to meet a set of exacting requirements that showcased our dedication to providing a faultless service, this included:

What can MLA do for you?
As a Tier 1 MedCo Medical Reporting Agency, MLA can:
- Allocate MedCo cases to our highly experienced, knowledgeable team to handle your case from start to finish
- Deal with all telephone enquiries on the spot
- Respond to written correspondence within 24 hours
- Ensure your client’s medical examination will take place within 20 business days from the date of instruction received
- Offer appointments within a 15 mile radius of the client’s home address
- Deliver a turnaround of no more than 25 days from the instruction being received to the medical report being dispatched to you, unless otherwise agreed
