We've Won an Award!
On the 1st of December 2020, the 13th Personal Injury Awards was held, providing a unique opportunity to highlight and celebrate the excellence of individuals and organisations across the personal injury sector. Whilst the event was held virtually this year, it was still an absolute delight to learn that we had won the esteemed ‘Medico-Legal Provider of the Year’ award!
The objectives of the awards are to identify high standards of practice and to inspire others to emulate the achievements demonstrated by those who have been shortlisted and in announcing our win, the judging panel had this to say about us:

This year MLA celebrates 30 years as a medical reporting agency – we think we’re the longest standing medical agency in the UK with a reputation built on expertise, commitment to service excellence and brilliant long-standing customer relationships.
This was also the year that made history when we became the first and, to date, only ever medicolegal provider to commence in Tier 2 on MedCo and successfully be re-categorised to a Tier 1 MedCo provider!
We didn’t just adapt – we excelled, obtaining 4.7 stars out of 5 stars on Google reviews as part of our resolute commitment to delivering the ultimate transparent customer experience to our loyal partners and increasing enquiry resolution within our own SLA of 24 hours to 98.9%!
But MLA isn’t only famed for its MedCo work. We’re also the UK’s leading specialists in Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) medical reports, military accident and deafness medical reports and Industrial Disease specialists. Committed to delivering the latest innovations we developed several new products to increase the value of the work we do. An example is our in house developed ‘Coles Analysis Tool’ which provides our Noise-Induced Hearing Loss customers, with not just an audiogram, but an analysis of the hearing loss so they can tell if it meets the requirements of NIHL. This increases the product above the standard in the market and increase the value to our customers. Our aim is to be a strategic partner, not just a supplier.
