Liverpool is an energetic, passionate city with an incredible history, home to music and football legends. As we’ve been based here for nearly 30 years, this lively city culture has become a part of MLA too.

We even drew inspiration from the city in our rebrand, wanting MLA to have a brand image that it could own – a brand colour that wasn’t being used by other leading agencies and to reinforce its industry leading position. Red didn’t only reinforce the team’s passion and drive, it also stood out amongst the competition and was a nod to MLA’s proud Liverpool heritage too.

We thoroughly enjoy working in Liverpool - a place which is not only considered the second friendliest city in the UK, but also the fourth most visited, and, one of the most architecturally significant locations in the country!

With its strong economy, this popular city constantly attracts lots of new businesses, making it a very attractive place to invest in and call home. The vibrant location offers many benefits, including strong location and transport links, opportunities for innovation, and with its friendly atmosphere - ease of doing business.

We devote time to team-building initiatives around our area, such as our legendary Christmas and summer annual parties, our attendance and sponsorship of numerous awards ceremonies, conferences and key sector events, and celebrating company achievements together.

Recently we painted the town red in Liverpool in celebration of becoming the first original Tier 2 MRO to be re-categorised as a Tier 1 agency since the inception of the MedCo portal in April 2015.

2019 has been another incredible year for MLA, from achieving Tier 1 MedCo status to being a finalist at the Personal Injury Awards - it truly has been a year of celebrations.
