Getting to know... Jenna Farrington, Operations Team Leader

Behind MLA stands a team of experienced individuals dedicated to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction. We recently caught up with our Operations Team Leader, Jenna Farrington, to find out more about her and why she loves working at MLA.


1. What are your main responsibilities as Operations Team Leader?

I lead, manage and motivate the Operations team. I ensure daily targets and deadlines are met, build great relationships with staff and customers, provide MI reporting and inspire morale.

2. What is your main objective within your role?

My main objective is to positively encourage the team to improve and maintain daily performance levels.

3. What’s the most rewarding area of your work?

The most rewarding area to me is the staff. I find there is nothing more rewarding than building strong, trusting relationships and getting that level of respect back. I am proud to have built a happy team who goes on to ensure happy and satisfied customers.

4. Where have you worked prior to MLA?

Previously, I have worked with a solicitor, at a casino and at the Citizens Advice Bureau.

5. What has been your favourite moment of your career?

As a people person, I would say becoming a Team Leader. I love leading and motivating others and learning new tasks.

6. What has been your greatest personal achievement?

My little girl, Darcie.

7. Where were you born/where did you grow up?

I grew up in Liverpool.

8. Fun facts: 3 fun facts about you?

  • I’m a Brown Belt in Shotokan Karate
  • I’m a semi-permanent eyelash technician
  • I’m also a Karaoke Queen

9. Do you have any pets?

Yes, a six-month-old bunny rabbit who enjoys eating wallpaper.

10. What are the best things in life?

They’re free.
