1. What are your main responsibilities as Account Executive?

I work within our Sales department. My responsibilities are to manage our existing and prospective solicitor accounts with regards to any queries they may have. I am their first point of contact.

2. What is your main objective within your role?

To ensure a smooth process and maintain exceptional service levels with our accounts.

3. Where have you worked prior to MLA?

I have been working at MLA for 4.5 years now. Before that, I was studying whilst working in retail and at a bar.

4. What has been your favourite moment of your career?

Having worked within a few different teams and job roles, I would say expanding my knowledge over different areas within the industry. I also have great relationships with a few solicitors and have maintained great friendships with them.

5. What has been your greatest personal achievement?

I really enjoy bouldering. I also used to run an after school curriculum helping those visually impaired with their climbing skills. It was a great experience and really rewarding. Passing my driving test was also a big one for me. It’s been a few years now, but I think this year I have cracked it – I haven’t reversed from the drive into my wheelie bins for a while!

6. Where were you born/where did you grow up?

I was born and grew up on the Wirral.

• I once sang for the Mayor
• My favourite animal is a shark
• I’m covered in tattoos

8. Do you have any pets?

No, we had a cat once. I was allergic, or maybe it was allergic to me? She mysteriously ran away.

9. What are the best things in life?

The best things in life aren’t things. My family and friends are happy and healthy. I’m a lover of city breaks, so it doesn’t hurt to have a few of those each year too!
