Position: We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to contact qualified leads, engage them in meaningful conversations about our home surveying services, and convert them into satisfied clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Engage potential clients via phone calls other channels to introduce and explain our home surveying services.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to identify their needs and tailor services to meet those needs effectively.
Sales Process: Follow a structured sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for the client to the operations team.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our home surveying services, industry standards, and value propositions to communicate confidently and effectively.
CRM Management: Log all interactions in the CRM system, maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and track progress against targets.
Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with warm leads, handle objections, and provide any necessary additional information to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Achieving Targets: Work towards and exceed personal and team sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
