The role: This is a key senior administration role within the business; the ideal candidate would be an outgoing and enthusiastic person. Joining our lively and committed team based in Liverpool, the role involves supporting the Director and senior management team, product research, project management and production of company reports.

Key responsibilities:
 Administration of office-related tasks
 Production of Management information and Company Reports
 New product research
 Project management
 Organising meetings
 Diary management
 Management of incoming and outgoing mail (electronic and physical)
 Meeting room booking
 Hotel/travel booking
 Organising company events
 Tracking and reporting expenses
 Represent the business and support senior team at external company events
 Management of HR system/Processes
 Identifying requirements and areas of improvement for the company, making suggestions and implementing change.
 Health and safety office audits
 Assisting management with recruitment

Key Traits of Potential Candidate:

 Experience of high level administration
 Experience of working with and producing data reports within spreadsheets, including using pivot tables and formals to carry out data analysis
 Experience of record keeping and organisation in support of externally validated standards
 Proactive approach to tasks, with a ‘can do’ attitude
 Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
 Self-motivation with strong organisational and time management skills
 Good IT skills including MI
 Ability to work under pressure and a desire to succeed
 Team player with an impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
